My New Roots

Edible inspirations. Kitchen playtime. Plant-based eating? Yum. I recently came across My New Roots and I could not be more excited! Sarah started this blog because she wanted to share the incredible knowledge that she had received through her education in Holistic Nutrition. Sarah discovered so many things that she believed needed to be public information, not just for those who can go to school to study in this field. She wanted to set up a non-biased space for people to come and learn about how to take better care of themselves through diet and lifestyle, as she has seen immense changes in herself since making little, positive changes every day.

In the post above Sarah takes hot chocolate to a whole new level of good. It’s contains a ton of super foods that will make you a super person. I love love LOVE hot chocolate, so coming across this recipe was an absolute treat!

I often profess my love to bloggers. Very often actually- The women I come across through my searches always amaze me. They are creative, smart, helpful, amazing and so inspirational. Cooking good food- Like really good food that not only tastes great but is made to make your insides happy. A total win.

I’ve been trying to add new recipes to my mix of dinners and lunches and this was the perfect find. Not only would everything be fresh and new, but it’d be good for me! Double win! This is a perfect blog. Be sure to visit Sarah over on My New Roots, she’ll totally get you excited about eating healthy foods that come straight from the earth and are cooked with love to perfection.

What are some of your favorite recipes?
