Ouchtown – Body Beast

Day four of BodyBeast and I am so sore. I am not just doing Body Beast though, so I wanted to share what I was doing below.

Day One:

5:30AM – strength conditioning at Crossfit South Lamar

6:00PM – taught a 45 minute cycling followed by a 30 minute mat pilates/barre class

9:30PM – body beast chest and tris

10:30PM – worked on music for Tuesday evenings class

Day Two

5:30AM – strength conditioning at Crossfit South Lamar

6:30PM – taught a 30 minute cycling class followed by a 30 minute mat pilates/barre classs

9:00PM – body beast legs

9:45PM -30 minute cycling class

Day Three:

6:00AM – taught a 30 minute cycling followed by a 30 minute mat pilates/barre class

8:00PM – 45 minute cycling class

8:45PM – body beast back and bi’s

Day Four:

6:00AM – taught a 30 minute cycling followed by a 30 minute mat pilates/barre class

5:30PM – strength conditioning class (replaced cardio body beast)

  • 100 side lunges
  • 100 good mornings
  • 100 sumo squats
  • 100 band push presses
  • 100 weighted ¬†candlesticks
  • 100 in and out squats
  • 100 bear crunches

10:00PM – 45 minute indoor cycling studio

And there we have it ya’ll – my shit it tight guys. Once I get over ¬†this bloating from lady time, I’m sure I’ll see a six pack next week haha.

Still going strong though. Excited to keep working. Oh, also, I hit 456 on my watts too. Boom Goal is 600 by the end of Body Beast
