Who wears short shorts?
Do you wear short shorts? And at what age should we stop baring our whole leg? I recently was out trying clothes on with a friend and a serious question was raised in the dressing room. When do we stop wearing short shorts? Is there an age that it becomes unacceptable? Mid-twenties? Early thirties? Ever?
See I’ve alway’s worn short shorts, I love my legs and loving baring them all, but I’ll be 27 soon… Do other people think about these things or am I just being weird?
What articles of clothing do you feel like you’ve grown out of?

Pft. I am approaching 30 and I am not giving up the short shorts. I mean.. mine are not booty-baringly short and the pockets are still within the hemline but I probably wouldn’t wear them to the office. I feel like as long as you have the body and confidence for it, go for it!
I totally agree Jess! As long as your put together and look confident and non-trashy. It’s a go for me!

I’m 27 and I live in South Florida during the summer time all my reservation around short shorts are usually out of the window. But as long as the pockets are within the hemline and you have the body and confidence for it I think you’re fine.

I say 27 is definitely not too old for short shorts, I’m 26 and still plan on wearing them for a long time ;)

I think if you look good in your shorts, you should rock them! As long as they are a decently short short and couldn’t be confused for denim underwear, I’ ll allow it. And of course, with age comes the understanding of dressing appropriately. I would save them for more casual attire in the heat of summer or the beach and maybe opt for a sundress for say brunch with parents or a day in the city.
Thanks Lauren! I agree with all of those things. It’s def not even a question when it comes to work and meeting the parents, but for an everyday casual girl like myself, I need my shorts!

I noticed i use to be a size 27 pants, now im a size 28…but im ok with it :)
